I am a designer, researcher and project leader. In my role as a Principal User Experience Research Manager for
British Telecom I worked with partners in industry and academia to deliver innovation projects, conduct user experience studies and run technology trials.

I have worked on a diverse range of digital projects including the design of collaborative virtual environments, location-based games, art installations and participatory experiences for communities over broadband TV. Examples of work featured in this portfolio include:

I hold an MA in Computer Graphics and Animation from the
NCCA Bournemouth University and a BA (Hons) in Design, specialising in animation, from
Edinburgh College of Art .
